Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These terms and conditions govern your use of the CleanFast mobile application ("Application"), provided by Omar Battan ("Service Provider", "we", "us").

CleanFast is intended exclusively for general wellness and educational tracking. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment plans.

Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone, particularly individuals under 18 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with a current or past eating disorder, persons with type 1 diabetes, or those taking prescription medications that require food intake. Always consult your physician or a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any fasting routine or altering your diet. Stop fasting immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, extreme fatigue, or discomfort.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CleanFast on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

CleanFast offers the following optional digital purchases:

CleanFast PRO (Non-Consumable / Lifetime): Unlocks all fasting protocols, unlimited history insights, and 1 complimentary streak freeze per calendar month. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription fees.
Streak Freeze Pack (Consumable): 5-pack of streak freezes to protect your fasting streak if you miss a day. Consumables are consumed upon use and cannot be transferred across distinct Apple IDs.

All transactions, billing, and refunds are managed solely by Apple Inc. through the App Store.

3. User Responsibilities & Offline Data

All fasting records, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your device. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device reset, damage, or app deletion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application, or any physical symptoms resulting from fasting practices.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
